Collaboration pairs fan experiences with meaningful giveback, including hearing aid donations and exclusive savings for Commanders fans, alongside other veteran-focused initiatives

Scottsdale, Ariz., November 7, 2025 – Audien Hearing, the leading over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid brand, today announced a partnership with the Washington Commanders for the 2025–2026 NFL season. As a Proud Partner, Audien will engage fans through events and experiential activations, digital advertising, and exclusive discounts, advancing its mission to expand access to hearing care for veterans through Audien Cares, the company’s social impact arm.

Audien will serve as a headlining USO Club sponsor at the November 9 “Salute to Service” Washington Commanders’ home game, where the company will host 1,000 service members who will receive a donated pair of the company’s top-selling, no-prescription hearing aids. Commanders fans will also receive special promotional pricing on Audien products.

"The fact that hearing loss remains such a prevalent and untreated issue among veterans is unacceptable. It's time we put our service members first, removing barriers and delivering affordable, accessible hearing care to the people who deserve it most," said Ishan Patel, Co-Founder of Audien Hearing. “Partnering with the Washington Commanders allows us to use the power of sports and a passionate fan base to spotlight this need, reach veterans and their families, and honor those who've served through meaningful action."

Veterans face a disproportionate burden of hearing challenges. Tinnitus and hearing loss consistently rank as the top two health concerns among military veterans treated at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers, according to the Hearing Health Foundation. The impact extends beyond hearing: a study in the International Journal of Otolaryngology found that 72% of veterans with tinnitus experienced anxiety, 60% had depression, and 58% lived with both, underscoring the need for accessible, stigma-free hearing care for those who served.

“Partnering with Audien, a leader in hearing health innovation, reinforces our team’s commitment to honoring service members, veterans, and their families year-round,” said Jim Rushton, Chief Partnerships Officer. “We are proud to work together to create meaningful experiences for our fans and a continued impact on our military community.”

In addition, to honor Veterans’ Day, Audien is inviting customers to take part in its Buy a Pair, Give a Pair campaign, running November 8-11. With every purchase made on Audienhearing.com, Audien will donate a pair of hearing aids to veterans and active-duty military through the Commanders partnership as well as through partnerships with organizations like the Boot Campaign. The program allows customers to directly share in Audien’s mission of making hearing care more accessible to everyone, especially those who served.

Launched earlier this year, Audien Cares is dedicated to expanding access to hearing health across underserved populations through education, advocacy, and give-back. The initiative includes Audien’s pledge to donate 100,000 pairs of hearing aids to people in need, beginning with veterans. Through ongoing partnerships with veteran organizations and a discount for active-duty and veteran U.S. military members (verified through ID.me), Audien Cares continues to make hearing care more affordable and accessible for those who served.
